SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 buisness days after date of  purchase. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as we have it available.

Due to different countries postal services, Tracking numbers are not available for International Orders

 

We take great care during our packaging process to make sure your bowl gets to you safely. If any damages are caused due to USPS, photo proof of damaged bowl will be required before a refund or replacement bowl will be provided. All packages shown delivered with the USPS tracking number will not be replaced if the package is lost or stolen. If you have any special shipping requests or questions feel free to send us an email at stonehookahbowls@gmail.com

 

Returns

ALL SALES FINAL. We take excellent care to properly package your items before shipping. However, if any damage occurs due to the error of the shipping company, please contact us at stonehookahbowls@gmail.com
